Our Energy and Natural Resources Team is comprised of lawyers with sector-specific expertise and experience of the entire value chain system of the Nigerian Energy and Natural Resources ecosystem. Our lawyers are experienced and familiar with the entire legal and regulatory regime of the Oil and Gas, Coal, and Mining sectors of the economy. We routinely provide advice and support to participants in the sector across the upstream, midstream, and downstream industry, as well as oil and gas processing, distribution, commercialization, and utilization of natural resources.

Considering the critical nature of the sector, our team also provides practical advice on the critical issues involved in every stratum of the industry ranging from project risk evaluation, regulatory due diligence and drafting/review of core project documentation including EPC contracts, gas sale agreements, financing documentation, tax structuring and compliance, regulatory due diligence, obtention of relevant governmental permits.
