Jaco has over 10 years of experience in Corporate Immigration and has a wealth of experience within the global immigration industry, with his primary focus being Africa. Within his current role as Immigration Manager at ERA, Jaco, and his Team provides immigration support to 23 African countries. He is passionate about customer service and well-versed in anticipating and determining clients’ needs and fulfilling them appropriately and efficiently.

Prior to Jaco’s employment at ERA, he worked as a Case Manager (Key Accounts) for a well-known South African Boutique Immigration Firm. He completed his pre-master studies in 2011 at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business and obtained his Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. In addition to Jaco’s extensive work experience and qualifications, he is a resourceful, hard-working, and dedicated individual, with outstanding administrative and organizational skills, and a work ethic.
