Transactional Experience:

  • Advising the largest Nigerian entity in the real estate industry on financing, ownership and other matters.
  • Advised real estate companies and investors on acquisition of properties worth billions of Naira in high brow areas of Lagos State.
  • Advised investors on loan transactions worth millions of Naira for construction of 22 units of semi-detached duplex in an urban area of Lagos State and assisted with the documentation of the loan agreement.
  • Drafted various construction and property documents on the acquisition of landed properties for a company with the largest stocks of land holdings in the Southwest geo-political zone of Nigeria.
  • Advised individuals, private investors and corporate bodies on due diligence, acquisition and registration of real estate assets and investments.
  • Advised developers and private investors on their Joint Venture deals worth millions of Naira with Landowners and corporate bodies, and ensured the important clauses were included in their Joint Venture Agreements.
  • Acted as an intermediary between Landlords and over 40 tenants and successfully managed their affairs with respect to the properties.
  • Conducted due diligence on behalf of our clients who are Landlords with respect to prospective tenants for their properties in Lagos State, Rivers State and Abuja, amongst others.
