Samuel is an Associate in the firm’s dispute resolution, corporate/commercial practice, and real estate/infrastructure groups. He regularly advises local and international clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters including regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, contractual, insolvency matters, and many more complex legal issues.
Samuel has extensive practice experience in litigation as he has appeared before all levels of courts across Nigeria representing clients in various high-profile disputes. He also contributes to the firm’s labour law and family law/probate practice.
Samuel is skilled in trial advocacy, legal research, case analysis and legal writing.
