In particular, she led the teams that advised Rensource Commercial and Industries Limited on its first project financing, a consortium of investors (including Paystack Inc and Piggytech Inc) on the sale of assets owned by Brass Technologies Limited, Nature’s Bounty Health Limited in its equity raise, facilitating the growth of Reel Fruit, a prominent local brand and Stripe Inc. in its $200 million acquisition of Paystack Pte., strengthening Stripe’s presence in Africa’s digital finance market.
Notably, Temitope supported the African Finance Corporation in a $78 million financing for Segilola Resources, a deal that earned recognition as the “Project Finance Deal of 2020” by IFLR 1000.
Her expertise was further demonstrated in facilitating a $1 billion financing for Indorama Eleme Fertilizer Chemicals Limited, a project that doubled Urea production capacity and won the “African Petrochemical Deal of 2018” by Project Finance International. She was also a core member of the team responsible for drafting the Secured Transactions in Movable Assets Act.
