Victor graduated from the prestigious University of Ibadan. He also completed his compulsory one-year vocational training at the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus with First Class Honours.

He has solid interests in Corporate and Commercial practice, Dispute Resolution and Immigration Law, while he continues to broaden his horizon in other emerging areas of Law
